O My Bag offers worldwide shipping with free delivery on orders over certain amounts (€100 within the EU, €300 internationally), with delivery times ranging from 2-10 business days. You can return or exchange items within 30 days if they're unused and in original condition. Free returns are available within the EU, but international returns are at the customer’s expense. Personalized items can't be returned.
